1. Delivery Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom (Mainland UK, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Offshore Islands).

2. Processing & Shipping Times

• Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• Standard UK Shipping: 2 to 4 business days.

• Express UK Shipping: 1 to 2 business days.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped along with a tracking link.

3. Shipping Rates & Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active with the courier.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

Zyencart is not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping if an incorrect address was provided. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately at zyemgroupltd@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
