Shipping Policy

We ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom (Mainland UK, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Offshore Islands).

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays). Standard shipping takes 2 to 4 business days, while Express shipping takes 1 to 2 business days. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update with the courier.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may return unused and unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that opened or unsealed fragrances and skincare products cannot be returned due to health and safety standards.

Unless the item is defective or we made an error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
