We ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom (Mainland UK, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Offshore Islands).

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays). Standard shipping takes 2 to 4 business days, while Express shipping takes 1 to 2 business days. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update with the courier.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may return unused and unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
